Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. The service
PIMDeck is a unified commerce operations platform that helps you manage products, inventory, and orders across physical and online sales channels. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your workspace. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PIMDeck to violate any applicable law, infringe on others' rights, transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other workspaces.
4. Your data
Any product, inventory, order, or customer data you upload or generate through PIMDeck remains yours. We only use it to provide the service to you, as described in ourPrivacy Policy.
5. API access
If you use API keys to access PIMDeck programmatically, you're responsible for keeping them secure and for all requests made using them. We may rate-limit or suspend API access that abuses or endangers the platform's stability.
6. Pricing
PIMDeck is currently free to use during the open beta. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will give existing users advance notice before any charges apply.
7. Intellectual property
The PIMDeck platform, branding, and underlying software are owned by us. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
PIMDeck is provided "as is" and "as available" during this beta period, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIMDeck and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using PIMDeck and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk to the platform.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith direct discussion; if unresolved, they'll be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as PIMDeck evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email before taking effect.
