Is PIMDeck free?
Yes, to start. The Free plan covers up to 100 products, 100 each of categories, tags, collections, attributes and options, and 5 users. No card. When you outgrow it, contact us and we will set your workspace up with a plan that fits.
Which channels can I connect today?
Shopify is live: products, variants, prices, media and categories push out, and stock levels read back. Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop are next; anything else, ask and we will scope it.
Where can I use PIMDeck?
Anywhere. PIMDeck is built for sellers worldwide, and Shopify sync works in every country Shopify does. Regional marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada are added on top for sellers who need them. If your market has its own marketplace, tell us.
Can you integrate with our ERP or POS?
That is the custom arrangement: we build a connector into your system and support it directly. Tell us what you run and we will come back with a plan.
What happens when I reach a Free plan limit?
Nothing you already have changes. Your data stays yours and stays exportable through the API; you just cannot add more of that thing until your workspace is upgraded. Contact us and we will sort it out.
