What we collect

Account information: name, work email, and workspace details you provide when you sign up.

Business data: the product, inventory, and order data you enter or import into PIMDeck to operate your workspace. This data belongs to you.

Usage data: basic technical information (log-ins, actions taken, error logs) used to operate and improve the platform.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the PIMDeck service: authenticating your account, syncing your product and inventory data across the sales channels you connect, sending you transactional emails (password resets, invitations, alerts), and responding to support requests.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-party sharing

When you connect a sales channel (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify), we share the minimum data necessary with that channel's API to keep your listings and inventory in sync. We only share data with channels you explicitly connect.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored in access-controlled databases, isolated per workspace. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and follow the principle of least privilege for internal access to production systems.

Data retention & deletion

Deleted records are retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently purged. You can request full account and data deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and applicable data protection laws, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us athello@pimdeck.com to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use only essential, first-party session cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data breach notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law without undue delay.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PIMDeck evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
